In the U.S., individual State requirements are evolving at a rapid pace as Cannabis becomes more mainstream and readily available to either or both, medical and recreational users. More than half the states have some form of medical cannabis system in place and more are looking to decriminalize and legalize on a larger scale.
All U.S. States that have legalized and regulated Cannabis use medically or recreationally, require stringent testing and compliance. This can be testing for contaminants (e.g. bacteria, mold. fungus, mold and mycotoxins) or testing and labeling of potency.
